As much as we wish public transportation in Puerto Rico was as good as in NYC, car transportation is the best way to navigate our beautiful island! Ubers are accessible but typically limited to the metropolitan area, so we'd recommend renting if you plan to stay for longer than our wedding weekend. To rent a car in Puerto Rico, you'll generally need a valid driver's license, a major credit card, and be at least 21 years old. If you plan to rent a car, it's recommended to book your rental car in advance. You can use websites: CarRentals.com or Expedia.com directly.
