Where to Stay & Room Block Information
We recommend booking your hotel room well in advance due to the high demand for accommodations in the area. We have reserved room blocks at The Stagecoach Inn, The Courtyard by Marriott Middletown in Goshen and The Hampton Inn Middletown. While we do not have a formal room block at The Orange Inn Boutique Hotel, complimentary transportation to and from the hotel will be provided. If you'd like to stay at The Orange Inn, we recommend booking your room as soon as possible.

Welcome Drinks & Dinner Shuttle

A shuttle will be available for guests who prefer not to drive to the Welcome Dinner & Drinks. The first shuttle will depart at 6:30 pm, the second at 7:00 pm, and the third at 7:30 pm. Please try to make the 6:30 pm shuttle, if possible, as the Welcome Dinner & Drinks start at 7:00 pm.

The complimentary shuttle service will exclusively run to and from the hotels listed below. You’re welcome to reserve alternative accommodation in the vicinity; however, relying on Uber or Lyft is not recommended. Please be in the lobby of your chosen hotel by 4:00 pm. The shuttle will depart at 4:10 pm sharp and will not wait. The shuttles will not run on an endless loop and will not return to the hotel to pick up late arrivals for the ceremony. The 2:00 am end time refers to the final shuttle departing from the venue, ensuring guests have transportation back to their chosen hotel after the wedding’s afterparty. Shuttles will resume service toward the end of the reception.
