Glenmere Mansion is one hour from New York City.
Please visit our Hotels & Shuttle page for hotel recommendations and room block details.
Our room block at The Courtyard by Marriott Middletown in Goshen expires on April 23rd, and at The Hampton Inn Middletown on April 18th. After these dates, availability cannot be guaranteed. We have reserved the entire Stage Coach Inn on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, we recommend booking at The Orange Inn in Goshen. Shuttle service will be provided to all four hotels.
Although we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that the wedding day be an adults only event. However, you may bring your child to the Welcome Dinner & Drinks, but please let us know in advance, as they cannot be included in your formal RSVP for the wedding.
Black Tie Optional For gentlemen, we kindly request tuxedos as your attire of choice. However, if a tuxedo is not feasible, a formal black suit is also acceptable. For ladies, evening gowns or refined cocktail dresses are encouraged, with a preference for longer gowns. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass. We kindly ask that appropriate footwear be worn. Heel protectors will be provided for those wearing sharp heels.
Spring Cocktail For Glenmere's garden setting, men are advised to wear a suit or blazer, while women are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses paired with footwear suitable for grass.
Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the following hotels: The Stagecoach Inn, Courtyard by Marriott Middletown Goshen, The Orange Inn, and The Hampton Inn Middletown. Please refer to our Hotels & Shuttle page for shuttle times.

When you RSVP, you will have the opportunity to select your meal. We kindly request that you specify your meal preference and any dietary restrictions at that time.
