What is the dress code?

Semi-formal or cocktail attire.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm (Central Time), so please arrive in time to be seated at least 15 minutes before. There will be an hour in between the ceremony and reception (4pm), so feel free to go back to your hotel or pass time at Silver Bell or Darmstadt Inn (nearby taverns) for a drink and snack.

Can I bring my kids and/or a plus one?

Due to the capacity with our reception venue, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are there accommodations?

Answer

Yes! A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hampton Inn Evansville Airport. Our website also lists several other potential accommodations to choose from.

What if I have dietary needs/restrictions?

Answer

Please reach out to Wade or Danielle at least 1 month before the wedding date to allow them to accommodate your needs.
