Kindly arrive at the main lobby to be escorted to the ceremony site by 3:00 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, and we want to ensure everyone has time to settle in and enjoy the moment with us.
We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow everyone to enjoy the moment fully. Our photographer will be capturing plenty of beautiful shots for you to enjoy afterward!
For our mountain wedding, we’re aiming for a blend of elegance and comfort. We recommend formal or dressy-casual attire to match the beautiful outdoor setting. Dresses, suits, and blazers are all perfect choices. Remember, the terrain may be uneven, so choose shoes that are stylish but practical for walking outside. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors. Given the unpredictable weather in the valley during April, we recommend bringing a stylish jacket to stay comfortable throughout the day. Kindly avoid wearing jeans, sneakers, or white attire to ensure the best experience and respect for the occasion.
Please let us know as soon as you can if you’ll be attending, so we can begin finalizing our plans! You can RSVP directly on our wedding website or by using the RSVP card provided. If we don’t hear from you by March 1st, 2026, we will assume you are unable to join us and will mark your RSVP as “No.”
While we love kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration with the exception of children in our immediate family. Thank you for making arrangements and we hope you enjoy your time together as a couple!
Please note that rideshare services are not available in the area. We kindly ask that you drive to the venue if you are staying at a different location. Plenty of parking will be available on-site for all guests!
