We're Getting Married!

It all began on the banks of the Colorado River. We were just kids—Toby was 13, and Dani was 12—when we first met at our families’ river resort. While some might say you can’t truly fall in love that young, what we had was something special. It wasn’t just a crush—it was a bond. We spent our summers and desert winters side-by-side, growing up together in the sunshine, learning about life, friendship, and love, one river day at a time. Thanks to our amazing moms, who supported our connection from the very beginning, we were able to keep in touch during our time away from the river. We’d visit each other’s hometowns, spending weekends laughing, exploring, and just being kids who cared deeply for one another. Those early years created memories we still carry with us—moments that shaped who we are today. As we reached high school, life pulled us in different directions. We both decided to take time to enjoy our teenage years and explore who we were on our own. Time passed, and our lives began to unfold. Dani went off to college, and Toby proudly joined the United States Marine Corps. We supported each other from afar, always holding a quiet space in our hearts for one another. Then, fate stepped in. One year, we both happened to be going to Stagecoach Music Festival—Toby with his friends, Dani with hers. We hadn’t seen each other in a long time, but something drew us together that weekend. What started as a fun reunion quickly turned into something more. We spent the entire festival together, talking, laughing, dancing under the stars—and when the weekend ended, we didn’t. We saw each other every weekend after that, picking up right where we left off all those years ago, but this time as adults, ready to build something real. Since then, our love has only deepened. We’ve grown together, supported each other, and built a life that reflects not just our history, but our hopes for the future. After all these years, we’re still each other’s favorite adventure—and we’re finally ready to make it forever. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you—our family and friends who have cheered us on, loved us through the years, and supported our journey.
