DO YOU HAVE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS OR ROOM BLOCKS?

IS THERE A GUEST DRESS CODE?

Answer

YES! All Black Formal Attire is requested put on your best dinner jacket and some cool shoes, maybe you want to wear a suit and tie, ladies pull out your favorite black dress or evening gown with those heels that you love! First and foremost be comfortable in your ALL Black attire because we are all family here but *NO SNEAKERS OR SHORTS* For examples of "All Black Formal Attire" please visit the photos tab.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

Plus ones will be given as respectfully as possible but they are not automatically granted. Should you receive a plus one it will be indicated on your RSVP card, Otherwise we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

ARE KIDS WELCOMED?

“To give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children under the age of 16.”

We appreciate the generous thought of you gifting us. Please click our wishing well tab or see our guest table the day of the wedding.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP before September 5th, 2023 . This will ensure your entry, seat and meal. Guest that do not RSVP by the date above will automatically default to not attending.

PARKING INFORMATION

Answer

Parking is offered behind the museum on a first come first serve basis. Parking is free after 5pm.

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Answer

YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT! We will have an open bar along with signature cocktails for you to enjoy!! Ages 16-20 will have non alcoholic refreshments.

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR IS THE MUSEUM?

Answer

The museum does have a guest elevator to get you from one floor to the next. Ladies and gentlemen don’t hesitate to hitch a ride on it if you need to. You might just be on it with me!!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 6:00pm. We ask that you arrive 30min prior (5:30) to park and get seated. Guest that arrive late unfortunately will not be granted access to the ceremony. No exceptions.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Randy and I are asking for all cell phones to be put away at our unplugged ceremony only. We want our photographer to be able to capture everything without having pictures with phones in any of the photos. Although we are asking for you to refrain from taking photos/videos at the ceremony only, please take as many as possible at the cocktail hour & reception and post/upload them using our wedding hashtag #AKEENERSTATEOFMIND

HOW DO I GET THE PICTURES FROM THE WEDDING TO YOU?

It will be weeks before Randy and I get our professional photos back so please don’t hesitate to upload any pictures or videos you have taken to our QR code located around the venue and on page 21 of the magazine.

CAN I ATTEND IF I DIDN’T RSVP?

Answer

Respectfully no, if you do not RSVP we will not be able to accommodate you. You will be turned around at the door.

WHAT IF I RSVP AND CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTEL

Answer

The hotel does not provide transportation but the hotel is within walking distance of the venue.
