The park will be requiring timed entry reservations this summer. Beginning August 1st, you will be able to start reserving time for the month of September. It is expected to fill up quickly, so please plan ahead. We encourage you to spend some time in the park, it is truly breathtaking! If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Take a peek at the national park website for additional information. https://www.nps.gov/romo/index.htm
Your health and safety are our top concern during these unknown times. We continue to work closely with our venue to be up to date on the latest with Covid restrictions and how this will affect our wedding day. We will keep you informed with any changes we may need to make as things move forward.
We will send out formal invitations during the month of June. At that time we will open up the RSVP section right here on this website. Be on the lookout! With that being said, it is a holiday weekend so we advise looking into accommodations as soon as possible!
See our schedule page for details! Please keep in mind the time difference! Colorado is on Mountain Standard Time.
Your formal invitation will specify if there is a space at the table for you and a date. If the invitation says "+1", you are safe to bring that special someone.
We're all trying to look good! Ladies: a cocktail dress or dressy jumpsuit Men: a suit or khakis with a sports jacket Please note that our ceremony and majority of the reception after dinner will be taking place outside. It will cool down once the sun sets, so make sure to bring a light jacket!
We love all of your children, but our event will be primarily adults.
Please let us know if you have a food allergy! We will do our best to work with our caterer to accommodate your needs.
While some people do experience altitude sickness we can offer you a few tips to hopefully keep you feeling your best. Prior to heading to CO, increase your water intake and decrease your caffeine intake. When you arrive try not to do anything strenuous that first day, let your body adjust. It will be normal to wake up with a sore throat as the air is dryer here, but if you are experiencing a headache go ahead and take some medicine for that. Keeping your water intake up throughout your stay here will be key.
Colorado is a dream with over 300 days of sunshine. Summer does bring short and quick rain showers during the afternoons. Beginning of September, off the mountain highs are 75-80 degrees with lows between 55-60 degrees. Up in the mountains the highs are 65 - 70 degrees with lows between 45- 50 degrees. The key to packing is layers. The weather can change in an instant especially up in the mountains! Don't forget your sunscreen, the temperature may seem cooler than you are used to experiencing this time of year, but the sun is fierce no matter what. Danielle should know! Lastly, make a water bottle your best friend!
See our "Things to Do" page. Here will we have listed some of our local favorites in activities, food, and beer!
