Ceremony

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

We are excited to see you at one of our favorite coastal preserves! Summer cocktail attire is suggested. We will be on a small trail near the water, so plan your footwear and layers appropriately.

We hope to have the shortest five-minute ceremony possible so we can quickly get to the celebration. Wolfe's Neck Woods and Googins Island are beautiful, so take the time before meeting up for the reception to wander around on a coastal hike. Low tide is around 2:50p, which is perfect timing to walk out to the Island. There are day-use fees at Wolfe's Neck Woods. Let the park ranger know you are here for the ceremony, they will direct you to the parking area, and we will take care of the rest! Once you drive out of Freeport, there will be signage leading you to the park.

Sail & Champagne

10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Bring a layer or two -- it can sometimes get a little brisk out there.

Plan on some champagne and light fare in the form of bakery treats. Bring any food or other drinks you might prefer--anything is welcome on board. We will have non-alcoholic champagne options but do not plan to bring other refreshments. Don't forget your ginger, seabands, or Dramamine; sunscreen, advil, etc. Arrival: Arrive BY 10-10:15am please so we are set to go at 10:30am. The Timberwind will be our boat, which is docked at Spring Point Marina located at 1 Spring Point Dr, South Portland, ME 04106. Parking here is easy and free. A member of the crew will meet us at the Boathouse (to the right of the pier at this address). When you cross into South Portland, if coming over the Casco Bay Bridge, you will just drive straight for 1.5-2 miles until you reach the pier! Weather: We will still go out if there is only a bit of rain, but we will contact you if we are unable to sail.
