Shuttle
Hotel to Wedding Shuttle
August 1, 2026 3:30 pm - 11:45 pm
On the day of the wedding, a shuttle will be offered to and from the venue for all hotels with room blocks. Depending on demand, the shuttle will likely make 2 trips to the venue, around 3:15PM and 3:45PM. The shuttle will then remain at the venue throughout the reception and after party to provide rides back to the hotels; the last shuttle will depart around 11:45PM. When RSVPing please let us know if you plan to utilize the shuttle, especially on the way to the venue so we can ensure pick ups are scheduled appropriately. If your intentions change after RSVPing, just reach out and let us know! Should you decide the night of the wedding you would like to use the shuttle to return to your hotel, this is no problem and you are welcome to leave a car over night if needed!

There are two campground/outdoorsy retreat type properties just a few minutes drive from the venue with multiple accommodation offerings (no blocks at these).
