Will the wedding be outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be outdoors. The ceremony will be held on the front lawn, the cocktail hour will be held by the properties pool, and the reception will be held under a tent. Adjustments will be made for weather if needed. Guests are welcome to step inside the house when needed for comfort or a break from the days weather.

What is the weather like that time of year?
Answer
Brimfield, MA averages a daily high of 80F and low of 58F in August. Because the celebration will be spent outdoors, a light layer you can add later in the evening may be good to bring.

Is parking available?
Answer
Yes, there is a large open field on the property where guests will be able to park their cars. If needed, guests are also welcome to leave a car parked over night.

Will transportation be provided from the hotels to the venue?
Answer
On the day of the wedding, a shuttle will be offered to and from the venue for all hotels with room blocks. Depending on demand, the shuttle will likely make 2 trips to the venue, around 3:15PM and 3:45PM. The shuttle will then remain at the venue throughout the reception and after party to provide rides back to the hotels; the last shuttle will depart around 11:45PM. When RSVPing please let us know if you plan to utilize the shuttle, especially on the way to the venue so we can ensure pick ups are scheduled appropriately. If your intentions change after RSVPing, just reach out and let us know! Should you decide the night of the wedding you would like to use the shuttle to return to your hotel, this is no problem and you are welcome to leave a car over night if needed!
