I met Danielle through my wife D'Sharee. I would see her at the Quarters Apartments and she would get a "hi" out of me every now and then lol. I remember meeting Karnell like it was yesterday. Nick invited me to play basketball one night at a middle school, and then we all went to Buffalo Wild Wings afterwards. We did that a couple times and I said to Nick, "Karnell a pretty cool dude man. We should see if he want to go downtown with us." So we asked him, he agreed, and we became really good friends shortly after!

I've known Danielle for an extremely long time, she's family. Our mothers have been really close for a long time, and since moving to Louisiana, we've become the same. One day she was talking about some guy visiting the church. She knew he liked her but she was running scared. As Karnell kept coming back to church, we became brothers and he became my barber. My wife and I became a connection and accountability for them. We love them, and they are stuck with us for the long haul.
