Flight
DIA is about a 45 minute drive to Boulder. Uber/Lyfts typically cost around $75-90 per way.
Travel Note
We highly recommend taking the RTD AB1 Bus from the airport to Boulder. It’s easy, affordable, and runs frequently throughout the day. ✈️ From DIA: After collecting your luggage, follow signs for “Transit Center / Trains.” The RTD buses depart from the Denver Airport Transit Center located outside the Jeppesen Terminal on Level 1. Look for the AB1 bus toward Boulder. The bus departs approximately every hour and the ride to Boulder takes about 1 hour. 💵 Cost: An RTD Airport Day Pass is currently $10.50 per person and can be purchased: - in the RTD app - at ticket kiosks in the airport transit center - or directly on the bus with cash (they don't give change though so you'll need to have the exact amount) 📍 Our Recommendation: We recommend getting off at the “US 36 & Table Mesa Station” stop in South Boulder and then taking a short Uber/Lyft (estimate about a $10 ride) from there to your final destination. This is usually easier and more convenient than riding all the way into Downtown Boulder.
