Yes! Transportation will be provided for guests staying in Boulder. Buses to the wedding will depart from the Boulder Marriott area at 3:30pm and 3:40pm. The Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn are directly across the street from the pickup location. The venue is approximately a 25-minute drive from Boulder. There will be one early departure bus at 9:15pm for anyone who needs to leave before the end of the celebration (if you really need to). Two buses will depart at the end of the wedding at 10:30pm. Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue. You are welcome to leave your car overnight if needed, but all vehicles must be picked up between 7:30am–9:00am on Sunday morning. If you plan to drink, we highly encourage using the shuttle transportation or arranging a ride ahead of time. Because of the venue location, rideshares like Uber and Lyft will be difficult to find late at night.
Late September in Colorado can vary quite a bit! Expect warm sunny afternoons and cooler evenings once the sun sets. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the wedding and dressing in layers if needed.
We would love for you to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception! However, we kindly ask that everyone keep phones tucked away during the ceremony so we can all be fully present in the moment with each other.
