Question

Can I bring a plus one and/or my child(ren)?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. We also respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! For the first four hours of the night from cocktail hour at 6p to 10p.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5p. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. There will be a golf cart for transportation to the ceremony area if you would like to use it as opposed to walking.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking available at the wedding venue. We will be booking and providing information for a shuttle to and from our room block hotel, Quality Inn in Plainfield.

What happens if it rains?

Our ceremony will move indoors to the reception area.
