We're tying the knot!

Jase's and Danielle's story dates back to October 2010. Danielle was a sophomore at University of Denver and Jase had recently graduated from there. It was a sunny Sunday afternoon and Danielle's friend enticed her with an exciting offer to ditch studying and go to a friend's pool instead. Being a land locked water baby, Danielle immediately jumped at the opportunity. Her friend had the pool key to Jase's apartment building, so they hijacked the pool for the day. Danielle and her friends spent about 4 hours tanning at the pool until Jase actually showed up. There was an immediate spark from the moment they met and the rest is history.

When July of 2017 rolled around, Jase and Danielle were desperate to trade the mountains for the beach, so they went on a getaway to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. During their trip, they enjoyed the clear blue water on a snorkel sailing tour and went golfing on a beautiful oceanside course. One night the couple were enjoying a romantic dinner on the water when Jase suggested walking to the end of the pier to see the palapa hut. Danielle suggested checking it out after they finished their drinks, but Jase was persistent about seeing it during the remaining daylight. When they walked out there, Danielle had her back to him looking at the ocean view and turned around to find Jase down on one knee. As you all know, Danielle said YES and thankfully the ring didn't go flying into the ocean when she jumped with excitement!
