What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 1:00pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to find your seat.

What should we do before cocktail hour?

Answer

Our ceremony will be done by 2:00pm and cocktail hour will not begin until 4:00pm. Our recommendation is to head back to the hotel lobby bar beforehand. This is where most of our guests will be hanging out and it will be a good place to socialize!

How far is the ceremony from the reception/hotel?

Our ceremony is located at St. Bernadette Catholic Church which is only 8 minutes away from the hotel

What area should we stay in?

Answer

The wedding and other festivities will be located in North Scottsdale. If you are looking to branch out, other great locations include Old Town Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix

Can we bring our children?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event.

The wedding dress code is Back-Tie Optional

What is the weather like in November?

Answer

The weather in Arizona can vary but typically 70's - 80s in the daytime and night time 60-70s. rarely does it drop below 60s during this time.

How should we get around?

Answer

Because Phoenix/Scottsdale is so spread out, we recommend renting a car in order to make the best of your trip. However, Uber is very readily available no matter where you go! Self parking is FREE at the hotel

Is there a strict RSVP date?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as a "no." We will miss you celebrating with us but we have to provide total guests counts to our venue in a timely manner.
