Question
Is there parking available at your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, parking will be provided in the lot across from the entrance of Ballroom at the Ben on 9th Street between Samson Street and Chestnut Street from 4:00pm until 12:00am. The parking lot has a large green park sign. There will be an attendant out there to greet you and provide you with a validation ticket.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Answer
A shuttle will not be provided for hotel guests as both hotels are within 4-5 blocks of the venue but please feel free to utilize our complimentary parking at the venue if needed.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Everything is completely indoors – no sunblock or neck fans needed!

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to the size of our guest list and space constrictions, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. We are only allowing for the guests listed on your invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
While we love (most of) your children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available. If you have any additional concerns, feel free to contact us.
Question
Am I allowed to take photos at your ceremony?
Answer
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. Please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like for the remainder of the night and include the hashtag #WhitneyBabyOneMoreTime or use our provided QR code so we can enjoy your pictures as well!
