What are current restrictions with Covid?

Answer

Currently we will be having 6 guests to each table with social distancing in-between. With our guests count we are under 50% capacity of what our venue can hold to give as much room as possible. Please continue checking back this page for updates with Covid! We will be updating our restrictions as we get closer.

How Many Guests will be In Attendance

Answer

We are planning to have about 90 guests which we will be below what the state requirements are currently for our venue which is 110. Our venue can hold over 270 guests, this will allow maximum distancing between guests and tables.

Will There be Hand Sanitizing Stations?

Answer

Yes! We will have a hand sanitizer at each table and every entrance/exit!

Will the ceremony/reception be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors but with social distancing enforced, however at the reception there is a beautiful patio with firepits to relax around!

What Else Are You Doing To Insure Guests Safety At Your Wedding?

Answer

We are following all NH state guidelines for events and are doing our best to make sure our wedding is a safe event. - Please maintain a 6 ft distance from others while in lines and everywhere possible. - If you test positive for COVID-19, believe you have been in contact with someone who has, or show symptoms of the virus, we kindly ask that you do not attend. -We also encourage friends and family to get the vaccine as soon as it becomes available to you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask for you to arrive at the church no later than 4 pm. Thank you!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RVSP no later than April 16th, 2021, we may not be able to accommodate RSVP's after that date. Whichever way makes you most comfortable! You may either mail or we have it set up to RSVP right though this website with the RSVP tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please make sure to notate it on your RSVP so we are able to accommodate your needs!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a 20 room block at the residence inn in Concord,.NH for our wedding, but you are more than welcome to stay at any hotel or airbnb!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the church and at the reception! There is no fee to park at either place.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adult only reception. In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

With all the craziness that comes with a wedding, we would love to spend as much time as possible with our closest and dearest — thank you for not bringing a guest!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There isn't any transportation available from the hotel, we do recommend requesting an Uber or Lyft if you are worried about driving! Fortunately everything is about 10 minutes away!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, everyone can head directly to the reception , The Barn at Bull Meadow, to start the cocktail hour!

We are booked until 11 pm that night!

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Please put away all cameras and cell phones during the ceremony. We want our loved ones to be fully present and are happy to share our professional photographs (without your phones and cameras in them) later on! After the ceremony, feel free to take photographs and share as you like! Please use our hashtag #HelloCatalano so we can see your photos!
