Where is the ceremony?

We are having both the ceremony and the reception at our venue! Please arrive by 6pm.

What is the venue address?

Answer

The venue does not have a numerical address as they are the only facility on Glen Island. Please use the address as written: Glen Island Harbour Club New Rochelle, NY 10805

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service to and from the Hotel NoMa. Shuttle times below: Shuttle departure times. Please arrive 15 minutes before: 5:15PM 5:50PM 12:00AM 12:50AM

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! When you head into the venue, there will be a parking attendant in a booth to your left. Notify them that you are attending the Danielle Hess and Brendan Egan wedding, and they will direct you to the correct parking lot. You are allowed to park overnight.

Please arrive at 6pm for the ceremony start.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We're registered on Zola, Crate & Barrel, and Amazon. Head to the registry tab to see our entire registry! If you buy anything on the registry from another website, please mark it down on our registry as purchased to avoid duplicates!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only. Only those listed on the invitation are invited. If your invitation includes a “guest,” please include their name on the digital rsvp.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st. You can do so digitally on the RSVP tab on our wedding website. Please type your name the way it is listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, if your invite includes “and family,” then your child is welcomed.

Will there be an area for the kids to play?

Answer

Yes! Glen Island Harbour Club is located on a state park. Our venue has a spacious outdoor area overlooking the Long Island Sound for the kids (and adults) to play!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! For any food allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please notify your server. There will be vegetarian / vegan options available.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please head over to our travel tab for room block info. We have room blocks reserved at two hotels. Please don’t wait last minute, hotels fill up fast!
