We completely understand any worries or concerns about the current pandemic. Here is some information we have from the venue that we hope you will find helpful. Our ceremony and reception are outdoor events. Social distancing will be possible at all the planned events. Masks will be required indoors when not seated at a table or eating. The venue has worked hard to ensure guest safety throughout our wedding weekend.
At this time New Hampshire does not have travel or quarantine rules in effect. For those flying into Massachusetts and traveling directly to New Hampshire no restrictions from Massachusetts apply as you are considered just transiting the state. For those wishing to spend time in Massachusetts please review their specific quarantine rules and regulations which can be found at www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-travel-order
If you enter "Waterville Valley Conference & Event Center" (56 Packard's Rd) or "Town Square at Waterville Valley" (33 Village Rd) you'll be headed in the right direction. If you only type Waterville Valley Resort into your GPS it will automatically take you to the ski area, YOU DO NOT WANT to go to the ski area, you want to go to the town. Our Waterville Valley event locations and the Ski Resort are two separate places!

We want you to be comfortable! And dress appropriately for the weather. The ceremony is planned outside and the reception will be in a large outdoor tent (with heaters if needed)
Saturdays are pretty popular (like completely booked up) and we didn't want our guests to miss out on this perfect time of year for peak foliage in New Hampshire. We would love for you to make a weekend out of it!
