Parking will be located across from the Conference Center (56 Packard's Rd.) or at your respective lodging. The walk from those parking areas to Osceola Arbor is less than five minutes. For those unable to walk, there is parking for about 25 cars at the Arbor so those unable to walk may park right at the site. We plan on bringing S'mores for everyone. Bring any other snacks you may like & BYOB (no glass allowed!) and come hang out around the campfire. Limited seating options. Osceola Arbor IS located on route 49, just past the White Mountain Athletic Club on the left hand side of the street. Look for the sign! The (INCORRECT) address "1 Ski Area Road, Waterville Valley" IS NOT THE Osceola Arbor. This is the address for the ski mountain and base lodge.

The speakeasy pub is located inside of the Conference Center. Enjoy drinks and appetizers prior to dinner.
