Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guest that are listed on your invitation. If you have received a plus one, your invitation will be addressed as such and it will be indicated when you RSVP. We would love to keep our wedding intimate with close family and friends. Extra guest are NOT allowed if not specified.

Is This A Child-Friendly Wedding?

We've decided to keep our ceremony and reception as an adult-only event.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Doors will open 1 hour before the ceremony start time. Please plan ahead for construction, traffic, and/or valet wait times, as doors will close at 5 PM sharp. If you are late, you will NOT be allowed entrance until the conclusion of the ceremony, which at that time you can join in for cocktail hour.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love for our friends and family to get fancy with us for our special day. The dress code is black-tie attire. We kindly ask that all guest are dressed in ALL black. Ladies should wear mid to floor-length dresses or other formal attire. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or other formal wear.

Is there A Deadline To RSVP?

Please RSVP as soon as you can. The deadline to RSVP is July 1, 2025. If we do not receive a response by this date, it will be marked as "NO". We will miss celebrating with you, however we cannot and will not accept late RSVPs due to the final guest count being due to both, our venue and our vendors. Thank you for understanding!

What Should I Do If I Can't Make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "NO" on our RSVP link. If you say "YES" and later find out that you can no longer attend, please let us know ASAP!

Can I Take Photos/Videos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an UNPLUGGED (no phones or cameras) ceremony. We've hired professionals to capture photos and videos. Please enjoy the moment, in the moment! Please check out our photographer (@shotbystanj) and videographer (@brandonfullfilms). All photos/videos on our website was provided by Stan and Brandon.

Will The Wedding Events Take Place Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place indoors.

Do You Have A Room Block?

Answer

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Atheneum Suite Hotel for guest of our wedding. Please call (800)-772-2323 for your reservations. When you call to make your reservations, please make sure you mention the "Glass-Clemons Wedding" in order to get a discounted rate. All reservations MUST be made by July 1, 2025.

Where Do I Park?

Answer

The venue offers complimentary valet services. However, please plan ahead for traffic delays and valet wait times. No entrance will be allowed after the ceremony begins.

Absolutely! Drinks are on us! Please feel free to tip our bartenders!

Being that our home is fully furnished with love, we ask that if you'd like to gift us, that you do so by contributing to our newlywed and/or honeymoon fund.
