Dylan and Danielle met at a wedding of their friends in Dallas. Dylan jumped at the chance to ask Danielle to dance, and for the rest of the wedding, they were inseparable. The very next day, Dylan reserved a flight from Dallas to visit Danielle in Chicago the following weekend. Several weeks and a couple of visits later, Dylan moved to Chicago to be with Danielle. They have been together ever since. Obviously.

After moving to California together, Dylan surprised Danielle with a trip to Catalina Island. They had lunch at Mount Ada and then cruised around the island in a golf cart. Dylan pulled over at a spot overlooking all of Avalon and the ocean, got down on one knee, and asked Danielle to marry him.
