Vinny is the kind of person who changes the whole atmosphere the second he walks in, his energy is contagious, his smile is constant, and he makes everyone feel welcomed. He lives his life on the edge and truly loves to live to the fullest, and it’s one of the things I admire most about him. He has dedicated his whole life to football, and the same commitment and drive he shows on the field are the same qualities he brings into the way he loves me. Vinny is selfless, genuine, and the kind of man who always puts others first, but with me, he goes above and beyond to make sure I feel loved, safe, and supported. He is my best friend, my biggest blessing, and the love of my life. Marrying him is the easiest decision I’ve ever made, and I feel so lucky to spend forever with someone who loves me the way he does!

Sami is not only my Maid of Honor but also my amazing older sister and lifelong best friend. She has always been my role model while growing up, she was the smart sibling I looked up to, and that hasn’t changed one bit. Sami has the kindest, purest heart, and she’s been there for me through every stage of life. Most recently, she became a mom to my beautiful niece, Lucia, and seeing her step into motherhood has made me admire her even more. Sami is everything you could want in a sister; supportive, loving, inspiring, and always ready to tell me what I need to hear. I’m so grateful to have her standing by my side on this special day!

Best Man
My best man is my older brother, VJ. He’s been by my side through every stage of life, from childhood memories like bike rides or staying up all night playing the Xbox to playing football throughout high school together, and now he’ll be standing next to me on one of the biggest days of my life. VJ is more than just my brother, he’s my lifelong teammate, supporter, and friend. I couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without him right there with me!

Carolina, better known as Lina, is my younger sister, and trust me, she’s always kept me on my toes. With her, you never really know what’s coming next, sometimes it’s laughter, sometimes it’s chaos but it’s always memorable. She’s crazy in the best way, unpredictable, and knows exactly how to push my buttons like only a little sister can. But at the same time, I’ve seen her grow into such an independent, smart, and strong woman, and I couldn’t be prouder. Even though she drives me crazy sometimes, I wouldn’t trade her for anything. I love her dearly, and I’m so thankful to have her standing by my side on this special day!

From the time we were kids, we’ve pretty much been partners in crime. As cousins, we did just about everything together. Whether it was trying to get shoes from our moms or starting trouble at family weekend, or just traveling to places together, Jack has always been the cousin that keeps things interesting. Since the sandbox, he’s always been more like a brother than anything else, and I can always count on him to show up with good energy and positivity. Having him stand up with me on my wedding day just feels right because if there’s someone who’s been there through a lot of the chaos and laughs, it’s Jack!

Elise was one of my very first college friends, and we instantly bonded through soccer, playing together for three years. We were so close that when I tore my ACL, she went and did the same right after me, I always joke she just couldn’t resist copying me! We lived together for a year and it made us more like family than friends, we literally argue like sisters. Elise has such a genuine, kind heart, and she’s always been there for me. When I moved from Louisville, Kentucky to Madison, Wisconsin, she was the one who broke me out of my shy shell and made me feel at home. She truly is the best, and I’m so grateful to have her by my side on this special day!
Lee Hutton

My boy Lee has been part of my circle since freshman year just like Chris. Us three grew close fast from the summer time we got here. We made so many memories throughout freshman year and even though he had to move back home to Minnesota, he never stopped being a big part of our lives. Lee still makes the trips back to Madison, and every time he’s here it feels like nothing has changed. We pick up right where we left off. He’s the kind of friend who’s always loyal, always fun to be around, and always down to make the most of the time we’ve got together. Having him by my side for the wedding means a lot, and I couldn’t imagine the day without him!
Celia Heck

Celia is my go-to girl, and over the past two years we’ve grown so close. She has the most open heart and such a down to earth spirit that makes everyone feel comfortable around her. Celia has a way of brightening any room she walks into, and whenever I’m with her it’s always a good time. She’s the type of friend I can laugh endlessly with, but also the one I can count on for support when life gets tough. Her dog, Bruno, has become the best cousin to my two dogs, Rio and Remi, which makes us both so happy. Celia is truly the best company, and one of the most genuine, kind, and thoughtful people I know. Her friendship has been such a blessing in my life, and I feel so lucky to have her standing with me on this special day!

Chris has been my college roommate and one of my closest friends since day one at Wisconsin. We’ve lived together since the days in Witte Hall freshman year all the way through now. We’ve had countless memories both on and off the field. As teammates, we’ve pushed each other to be better every day, whether it was in practice, games, or just grinding together in the weight room. Beyond football, Chris has been more like family, always there when it matters most!

Chloe was my very first college roommate, and the funny part is that she was assigned to me completely at random. Somehow, I hit the jackpot because from day one she has been by my side. Chloe understands me better than anyone. She’s the friend I can call and talk to for hours, and she’ll always listen to all my rants without hesitation. Over the years, her family has welcomed me like one of their own, and she herself has become like a built-in sister to Vinny. In fact, Chloe and Vinny were a bad influence freshman year, teaming up to make a list of reasons why we just had to get a dog which is how we ended up with Rio. Now she’s the proud godmother to our amazing fur babies, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Chloe is truly one of the most genuine, loyal, and caring people I’ve ever known, and I feel so lucky to have her standing by my side on this special day!

One of my oldest friends from back in middle school and high school is Ronald. We had a friend group that we always were with , the three R's and V. Ron and I done a lot together whether it was in the classroom, football practices, track practices, high school parties, and all the in between moments that turned into lifelong memories. Ron has always been the type of friend who keeps things real and keeps things fun, and over the years he’s become more like family to me. Having him standing by my side on my wedding day is a reminder of just how far we’ve come since those early days, and I’m grateful to have him here for one of the biggest moments of my life!

My mom is not just my mom, she’s truly my best friend. I wouldn’t be here without her, and I mean that in every way possible. She has been my support system through every stage of life, the person who believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. Growing up, she was at every soccer game, rain or shine, cheering louder than anyone else in the stands. That constant love and dedication shaped me into the person I am today. When I started dating Vinny, I got to watch my mom and him built such a strong bond, she saw him as a son. Seeing them laugh together, support each other, and love each other has been one of the greatest joys of my life. My mom is the heart of our family, the strongest woman I know. Having her by my side on this day is one of the greatest gifts!

For me, my mom has been like my rock and one of my greatest blessings in life. She’s been someone who has always believed in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself, and she’s given me the kind of love and support that words couldn’t explain. She has also loved Dani like her own daughter from the very beginning and has supported her being by my side every step of the way. My dad is truly my best friend and the man who taught me what I deserve. Soccer has always been his passion, and growing up, I followed right in his footsteps. Some of my favorite memories are the ones we’ve shared on the soccer field, and it’s something that will always hold a special place in my heart. He’s taught me not only a few skills in the game but also some of the most important lessons in life. My dad is one of the hardest working and strongest man I know, and I admire him more than words can say. Watching him trust Vinny more and more has made my heart so full, he sees that Vinny is exactly the kind of man a dad would want his daughter with, and he knows I’m taken care of. My dad is the best girl dad, the kind who would do absolutely anything for his daughter. I feel so blessed to have him by my side on this day!

My dad has been one of the biggest influences in my life and someone I’ve always looked up to. Whether it was football related or life related he’s shown me by example what it means to work hard and to always put family first. From the little lessons growing up to the big moments along the way, he’s always been there with guidance, support, and plenty of encouragement. Laila is our adorable flower girl and Vinny’s niece. She is the sweetest little bundle of sunshine, and every time we see her, she’s smiling from ear to ear. Her joy is contagious, and she lights up any room she walks into. Laila is so full of love and personality, and we can’t wait to see her steal the show walking down the aisle. She truly is the cutest, and we’re so lucky to have her be part of our special day!
Kevin Freer

Kevin has always been a supportive stepdad to Vinny, and as Vinny and I grew closer, he welcomed me as a daughter too. He is one of the most selfless people I know, always putting others before himself. Kevin is someone who makes everyone feel welcomed and cared for, and he’s been there through it all — even building hurdles and boxes to help Vinny get better when he ran track. At football games, he’s also learned to always bring me a jacket because I notoriously underdress and end up freezing! From watching Vinny and me grow together since freshman year of high school to now preparing to be married, he has been there every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine anyone more perfect to stand with us as our officiant. Having Kevin marry us feels like the most natural and meaningful choice, and we are so grateful to share this moment with him!
