8:00 am - 9:30 am
There is an option for guests that arrive to the lodge on Friday evening to select to have breakfast at the lodge. Breakfast will be served from 8-9:30am. The restaurant will be cleaned and ready to set up for the wedding by around 11.30am.
12:30 pm
Lunch option for guests at the lodge will be served at 12:30pm. Quiche and salad is offered, in the bar, casual, on the knee as the Chefs will be busy preparing dinner. This is an added $25 We ask the guests that are staying at the lodge to depart from the venue until the ceremony to give the staff chance to set up.
4:00 pm
Winter Casual Attire: Dress for comfort and warmth. Think sweaters, jackets, warm dresses with tights, chinos, boots, and plenty of layers. No need for formal wear.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating so that the service can begin smoothly. Ceremony will be outdoors and is close to winter - choose your shoes wisely. If weather is terrible there is an indoor option but short of a torrential downpour it will be outside.
6:00 pm
After the ceremony guests will be moved up to the lodge where there will be nibbles provided. Dinner will start at 6pm.
10:00 am
For the guests staying at the lodge there will be an option for breakfast on Sunday. Check out is 10am.
