Ceremony Pick-up #2

1:30 pm

The second pick-up location near downtown Aspen will be at the Aspen Meadows Resort in front of their check-in area. This pick-up location is recommended for those staying at Aspen Meadows Resort, the bus will only pick up in this location it will not drop anyone back off here. So, you will have to Uber back to this location if you parked here. There is street parking available and parking in the garage available.

Pre-Ceremony Refreshments

2:00 pm

We will have champagne and limited non-alcoholic refreshments available prior to the start of the ceremony.

Ceremony

2:30 pm

Following the conclusion of the ceremony, we hope you will explore the Maroon Bells area and enjoy the gorgeous scenery surrounding these famous mountains. We recommend wearing/bringing sunscreen, the sun is much stronger at this elevation. Water will be provided.

Drop-off Location After Ceremony

The bus will take everyone to the reception location (Caribou Club) between 3:45-4p. This will give you some time to enjoy Maroon Bells after the ceremony and before the reception. We recommend bringing water and sunscreen for walking around!

Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres prior to dinner.

6:00 pm

After Party

8:45 pm

For those who are ready to keep the party going following dinner, we will continue the party on the Caribou Club dance floor and visit some of the Aspen nightlife mainstays. Let's drink, dance and be merry!
