Embassy Suites BWI

We have booked a hotel room block at the Embassy Suites. It is just a couple of miles from BWI airport and offers complimentary 24 hour shuttle service to the airport, free onsite parking and complimentary breakfast from 6-9am. Use the link or call the hotel and inform that you're a guest of the Cabrera-Bower wedding. Please double check the booking dates when making your hotel reservations. We requested that the hotel honor the group rate from Wednesday, October 11 through Saturday, October 14. Since the wedding is Thursday of a holiday weekend we figured guests may want to stay in town an extra day. The booking will default to include all three nights.

Anchor Inn

This is the address to the venue for both the wedding ceremony and reception for anyone who is driving, rather than taking the shuttle. It is approximately 35 minutes from from the hotel/airport. Please note that travel time may be different when driving to the venue as it will be during rush hour.

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Anchor Inn

We will be providing a shuttle to and from the Embassy Suites and our wedding venue, the Anchor Inn. You do not need a hotel reservation in order to take the shuttle. For those who prefer to drive to the venue, there is ample free parking on site. Current planned shuttle run times: Depart from Embassy Suites- 4:00pm 1st Depart from Anchor Inn- 8:30pm Final Depart from Anchor Inn- 10:05pm Shuttle Rules - Be at the pickup location (the Embassy Suites entrance) and ready to board by 4:00 p.m. - There is a strict departure time in order to ensure arrival at the Anchor Inn on time during rush hour. - All food and drinks (including alcohol) are prohibited, even in closed containers. - If you miss the bus going to or leaving from the hotel/venue you are responsible for your own transportation. - *You do NOT need to have a reservation at the hotel to take the shuttle.*
