What is the Day-Of Itinerary?

Shuttle Pickup from Embassy Suites: 4:00 p.m. (two 55 passenger busses) Estimated Arrival at Anchor Inn: 5:00 p.m. Ceremony Time: 5:30-6:00 p.m. Cocktails: 6:00-6:45 p.m. Reception: 7:00 10:00 p.m. Send-off: 9:50 p.m. Optional First Shuttle Pickup: 8:30 p.m. (one 45 passenger bus) Final Shuttle Pickup: 10:00 p.m. (two 45 passenger busses) Shuttle Rules - Be at the pickup location (the Embassy Suites entrance) and ready to board by 4:00 p.m. - There is a strict departure time in order to ensure arrival at the Anchor Inn on time during rush hour. - All food and drinks (including alcohol) are prohibited, even in closed containers. - If you miss the bus going to or leaving from the hotel/venue you are responsible for your own transportation. - *You do NOT need to have a reservation at the hotel to take the shuttle.*

What is being served for the main course?

Answer

The main course is a dual entrée; broiled Chesapeake Crab Cake and Grilled Fillet Mignon drizzled with cognac wine sauce paired with roasted potatoes and sauteed broccoli. Anyone with dietary restrictions should include that information with their RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are allowed to arrive at the venue no earlier than 5pm.

Yes, there is free parking at the wedding venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be hired a shuttle bus service for transportation to and from the ceremony/reception. Refer back to the first question or the "Travel & Hotel" section for full details.

Answer

Yes, we have a room block at the Embassy Suites BWI. See the "Travel & Hotel" section of our website for more details. Please note that the hotel block booking deadline is September 10th.

Bring your ID if you plan to drink any alcohol. Do not order shots because the venue will not pour them :)
