He perceives Pol as a mentor in professionalism and in life as a whole. If there is someone that can enlighten you about a great life decision and at the same time convince you to take the tenth Jameson shot in a row, that would be Pol.

Born two years after Rina and have been inseparable ever since (not that they had a choice). The brains and the rock of the family. Leah has been Rina's number one go to for everything in her life. She has continued to support Rina throughout every good and bad decision she has made. She is someone Rina looks up to every day and will continue to until they're old and wrinkly.

Joey Connery

Aka J-Dizzle. Daniel's brother from another mother. They have been friends for 21 years and going strong. Friendship born from mischief. They've shared detention together. Ditched class together. and gotten into fights together. But its not as bad as it seems. Daniel appreciates Joey's commitment to friendship and family values. Numerous times has Joey stood up for Daniel. And countless times Joey has restrained chocolate wasted Daniel from clawing another guy at a house party. Through their ups and downs they've eventually grew up into professional individuals. Who rely on each other's talents for council and growth.

Anbrie Aquino

Maid of Honor

Started off singing in the Jubilee choir at St. Paul the Apostle Church together at the age of 14, Anbrie is, and will always be, Rina's best friend, travel partner, gym partner and most trusted confidant (next to Daniel). They have traveled all around the nation together, from choir trips to New Orleans and Hawaii in high school, to road tripping through the Midwest to get to Iowa. Stories such as getting stranded in Colorado after white water rafting to jumping out of a plane 13,000 feet high in the sky the day after Christmas are memories that are unforgettable. Distance has never kept them apart and she will forever be laughing with this one.

Aka Rina's not-so-little brother. One of the first of many people Daniel has met in Rina's circle. His humbleness and warm welcoming personality didn't make it hard at all to get along with this guy. Their similar tastes in comics and Dungeons & Dragons was an easy match made in heaven. And if that wasn't enough. Lawrence's expert knowledge of Disney facts and hidden magic makes his company in a Disneyland trip feel very exclusive.

Zahra Ghorbani

Rina's "distant cousin", coming all the way from the suburbs of Palmdale. They lived together during undergraduate years at UC Irvine. Zahra made sure Rina was fed, studied together and kept Rina in check. Her ability to juggle school, work and life was an inspiration then, and an inspiration now. Zahra also shares the title of "the weird one" with Rina in our family circle. Thank you Zahra :)

Aka Rickmeister. Their story of rivalry to #friends4ever started in middle school. They belonged to two different break dancing crews that continuously battled at parks, school dances, and house parties. But as time went on, they've eventually became close friends that continually push each other to become better versions of themselves. Presently, Rina and Daniel live alongside Ricky. The greatest roommate ever! Daniel always seeks Ricky's advice regarding classic fashion wear, business and wealth. Ricky has also become Daniel's personal trainer in the house of gains. If your looking for someone to help you clean up your style, grow rich and get buff, this is your guy!

The baby of the family, Rina got the pleasure of contributing to this girl growing into a semi-adult. Sharing stories of online dating together, Katie was rooting for Daniel and Rina from the beginning. This woman will always be down to have Harry Potter marathons and eat Korean BBQ with Rina. She is also someone Rina would want on the team when "winter comes." She is sometimes crazy, getting into fights on the side of the 60 freeway, but she will defend family no matter how crazy she looks. As Katie always says... "that's my cousin."

Aka ion. The man with many talents. He can dance. He can play songs from the piano without learning the notes. But most importantly he can make you laugh. like a lot. One of Daniel's oldest friends and a true brother when it comes to life experiences. Primarily all of the crazy ones. Starion's positive energy and outlandish creativity never ceases to amaze them. He is truly always the life of the party when he's around. A moment with this guy will turn your crappy day into the best part of your day.

Located all the way in San Diego, Mary makes every effort to participate in all Rina's ideas for cousin outings. In addition, without her (and the help of other family members), Rina would still be a hairy bear. Her down to earth persona keeps Rina grounded and she has always been an "ate" Rina looks up to. Don't underestimate her. She may be little but give her a shot of Jameson and you'll never stop laughing. As Mary says, "at least 1 karat!"

Aka Quis. The huggable bear. This guy gives more "hugs" than he receives. He's that guy that's "always down" to do whatever you want to do. He is supportive and loyal to his brothers. But don't be fooled by this facade. They call him the "People's Champ" for a reason. He's a small guy that packs a big punch. Anyone that messes with his family and friends is in for a nice long nap.

Nicole Santos

Rina and Nicole met because Arnel thought Nicole was Rina while dancing with TM Juniors. Since then, they have been "twinsies" for 12 years, still getting mistaken as twins in the aisles of target to this day. She is "pole goals" introducing Rina to a physical activity she can actually do. The creativity of this woman will never cease to amaze us. Rina can't thank this girl enough as she has been essential in designing and creating items for the wedding.

Aka Markymark. The Queen of sass, style, and design. Daniel has always admired this guy. But most importantly Daniel appreciates the man he is today. He has tremendously influenced Daniel's sense of fashion when he had none. And helped him flare his online dating pictures which eventually got to Rina. His sense of brotherhood is second to none. Feisty on the outside and a kind-hearted soul in the inside. Be wary, he will fight you even if your a bigger guy than him. Or he will bad mouth you to death with his #sass if your acting like a bad broad.

Meeting at the beginning of their 20s, Dez and Rina were in the prime of their lives, taking monthly Vegas trips, creating unforgettable memories together. Although their party days have subsided, Dez continues to be a positive, inspirational force. She never hesitates to remind her friends how much she loves them and how amazing each person is. She will also document every drink she takes with you while yelling "CHEERS!"

Aka Cuhz. A friendship that started at '99. She has always been there for Daniel through all his past relationships. A true friend in time of need. Months without conversation can't break this friendship up. A quick 15 minute phone call is all is needed to remind each other of how important they are to each other. But the core bond that holds this friendship together was the foundation through Star Wars. The biggest decisions of their lives was dictated from events that occurred in Star Wars. Look at them now! Rikka is currently pursuing her PHD in Education while Daniel is ...still Daniel.

Arnel Araullo

Arnel was Rina's first boyfriend in 7th grade. The relationship lasted a whole week, filled with silent conversations and avoiding each other 😂 Although the romantic relationship didn't work (because Rina wasn't his type), a stronger familial relationship was in the works. They spent the next 17 years playing their flutes together, 3-way calling their friends for hours after school, and making music videos with "triple A" that will never see the light of day. Arnel is one of the most influential people in Rina's life, introducing her to her first club in LA (Rage), co-ed parties, youth ministry at church, dance life and choir... the memories are endless.
