What is the attire for Saturday night at the brewery?

Answer

Our welcome party will be elevated casual. Think "First Date Attire." Feel free to wear a sweater or button-down with jeans or trousers, or a casual dress you love.

What is the expected attire for the wedding on Sunday night?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal affair, and we invite guests to wear floor-length or midi dresses, and suits. Shoes that are comfortable to dance in are a must!

What time should I arrive at the Ravenswood Event Center?

Answer

We are starting the ceremony promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive by 4:45 pm. Ravenswood will open its doors to guests at 4:30 pm.

Will the wedding and reception be indoors?

Answer

Yes, everything will be indoors. The venue has several wonderful decks and you are welcome enjoy and take in the Chicago night air.

Please include notes about your needs with your menu selection. The caterer takes these seriously!

A kosher meal can be provided if requested when you RSVP. Otherwise, the food will be kosher-style.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Since we are having a formal evening event, we have opted for an adult only wedding. The one exception will be our adorable nephew, Elliot. If you are traveling to Chicago with your child/children for the weekend and need help locating a babysitter during the wedding, let Rachel know and she will help make introductions to trusted babysitters.
