COVID19 UPDATE

Answer

We are planning as if restrictions will be lifted prior to our August 07, 2021 wedding. As Alberta Restrictions change we will keep our website updated and keep everyone informed on any changes through the emails provided in the RSVP section

WHERE SHOULD WE STAY?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Wingate by Wyndham (Calgary South) Hotel. These rooms are on hold until June 30th, and you just need to call (referencing our Group Name) to book! Hotel information can be found on the "Travel & Accommodations" tab

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We kindly ask that this is an adults only event! Our Nieces & Nephews are the only children we have invited (babies welcome)

IS THERE A DRIVE HOME SERVICE?

Answer

YES! We have a shuttle bus booked to do two trips back in to calgary at the end of the night. Our drop off location is the Wingate Hotel, but anyone wanting to go back to town is welcome to hop on! Arranging and Uber/taxi home from there will be up to our guests

WHAT TIME IS THE SHUTTLE LEAVING?

Answer

We haven't determined the times yet, as we dont know how late the party will go! If we were to venture our best guess (assuming dancing is permitted) the first shuttle would be between 10:00 - 11:00 and the second will be when the party has wrapped up - 12:30 or 1:00am
