The Wedding Website of Nicole Desrochers and Daniel Gilmartin
Question

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive a few minutes early to allow time to park, enjoy a welcome glass of champagne, and settle into your seat before we begin.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request Garden Formal attire (tux optional). We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up for the occasion! For inspiration, feel free to copy and paste the link below to access our Pinterest board: https://pin.it/55rLIgbv3

Question

What color will the bridesmaids be wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing blush pink. Ladies, we ask that you please avoid wearing white and light pink so the bride and her bridal party can shine.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 31, 2026. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you let us know.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we’re unable to offer plus ones to all guests. If you have been given a plus one or are part of a larger group, their name(s) will automatically appear when you enter your name on the RSVP page of our website. You may RSVP for all invited guests in your group.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration.

Question

Will this be an outdoor event?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Outdoor spaces will remain open for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Please bring a light coat, as it may get chilly after sunset.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late February in Central Florida typically offers mild and pleasant weather, with daytime temperatures averaging in the mid-70s and cooler evenings in the 50s or 60s.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

While rain is always a possibility, February falls within Florida’s dry season. In the event of light rain, the venue provides ample umbrellas for the wedding party and guests to use. Should heavier rain occur, the celebration will seamlessly move indoors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! The open bar will open to guests after the conclusion of the ceremony. Shots are not allowed at the venue.

Question

What is the best way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the venue for those who prefer to drive. Rideshare services, such as Uber and Lyft, are also available in the area. We highly recommend reserving your rideshare in advance, as most drivers are based in the Melbourne area (about 15-20 minutes from the venue).

Question

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting a welcome party to kick off the weekend — details coming soon.
