Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we really want to enjoy YOUR company. If you are interested in bringing your children to Tepoztlán, please reach out to us directly and we can discuss what childcare options are available.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We are not strict about the dress code - something formal but fun, with your own style! México is bright and colorful, please don't shy away from bright colors. Please note: The cobblestone in Tepoztlan makes it difficult to walk in high heels, and the venue has a lot of grassy areas. Block heels or wedges are recommended!

How much Spanish do I need to know?
Answer
Many people speak English at restaurants and hotels, but it's good to have some basic knowledge of Spanish when taking cabs, or have google translate ready!

Do I need cash?
Answer
Yes, we recommend having some pesos on you. You can generally pay with card at hotels and restaurants, but cabs and smaller vendors will only accept cash. There are ATMs you can withdraw pesos from at the airport in CDMX and in Tepoztlan.
