Walking Path - Promenade des Petits Ponts - Canal de l'Yvette
Walk in a fairy tale! An easy 3 kilometer (6 km roundtrip) walking path along a charming canal with several quaint residential bridges, from Chevreuse all the way east to St-Remy-les-Chevreuse.
Castle Museum - Château de la Madeleine
One of the few medieval castles preserved in Ile-de-France. Walkable from downtown Chevreuse. Open Tuesday-Sunday 11am-8pm.

Bike Rental - ECOX Haute Vallée de Chevreuse
Rent a bike in St-Remy-les-Chevreuse to cruise down the Promenade des Petits Ponts and the area. We haven't been in touch with them, but our guess is that someone there speaks English. The website has a contact page if you want to email ahead.

NEARBY - Palace of Versailles - The Crown Jewel of France!
This is a wonderful activity to do on the way back to Paris on Thursday. Buy tickets in advance! The palace closes at 6:30pm on Thursdays, but the massive park and gardens are open until 8:30pm. Rent a bike. Have a light dinner in the garden restaurant. And be sure to meander over to Marie Antoinette's hamlet.
