We want all of our favorite people to be dressed up on our big day, so we do ask that everyone dress in Semi-Formal Attire. If you're interested in wearing something that fits our wedding colors, think olives & earthy, neutral tones. For women, think midi & maxi dresses, flowy/timeless silhouettes, and your favorite pair of heels! For men, a dress shirt & blazer or suit jacket is ideal. Slacks or nice jeans are acceptable, with a nice pair of shoes. A tie is optional.
While we wish everyone could bring a date, we do have an occupancy limit at our venue that we have to abide by. If you have received a plus one with your formal invitation, you are more than welcome to bring a date!
While we love your children, this is an adult only event! We thank you for respecting our wishes!
There is lodging on the venue site that will be reserved for our immediate family/friends & the wedding party. Immediate family/friends staying on site will be personally notified. Transportation is not necessary as the lodge is only a quick walk from the reception. For all other guests, please see the travel page for information on nearby B&B's & Airbnbs! Transportation accommodations will not be provided for lodging off-site.
The ceremony & reception will both be held on the Avon Hill property!
The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. We ask that you please arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure everyone is there on time!
Our ceremony will be unplugged. This means that we do ask for no phones to be out during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer there to capture the moment & are happy to share their work once we receive it. Thank you for respecting our wishes!
RSVP dates are to be determined. Please keep a lookout for your formal invitation, where the RSVP date will be listed. When this is determined, an RSVP tab will be added to this site for guests' convenience.

We do have a set budget for our wedding catering, so we chose BBQ as it was our most affordable option. However, we do understand the importance of food allergies, so if you have a concern with this food choice, please contact Katlyn at (804)-339-4837 as soon as possible!
We will be providing Mr. & Mrs. Cocktails as well as beer & wine. There will also be a tip jar available for our bartenders if you feel inclined to give them a tip for their wonderful service!
