Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Daniel Lomayesva and Julia Freifeld
Broadway is the most famous tourist thing - it's similar to the vegas strip but a million cover bands and honky tonk bars instead of casinos. Nashville hot chicken and barbecue of course Bare knuckle fighting is legal in TN There's live music and dancing everywhere every night! Gallatin Ave/Pike/Rd/Main St (one continuous road) is the main road thru East Nashville and is lined with bars and music but it's way more mellow than downtown. Lots of beautiful forests and lakes and creeks and with the leaves changing colors all the nature walks should be extra lovely. It's the best time of year to visit the great smoky mountains although that's a few hours away. Line dancing is popular Lots of concerts and big sports events with the nearby Nissan stadium(s) and Bridgestone arena We're no experts we've only lived here for a year so there's probably lots more but here's a decent list of places to check out:

Broadway

Broadway, Nashville, TN

Most iconic part of nashville besides west end chili's. It's like times square for NYC. Party central, live music central. Fair warning: it's chaotic. Hard to park, extra tourist taxes, traffic, very loud because there's like 30 live bands playing in a 2-3 block radius, and lots of drunk people. But it's pretty cool to see if you've experienced it.
