FAQs

The Wedding Website of Daniel Lomayesva and Julia Freifeld
Just a few things:
Question

Parking?

Answer

Wedding - Limited street parking only, no parking lot. There's a good amount of parking spots but we have to share them with the neighbors so they may or may not be open. You can't park on some of the streets so pay attention to the signs. Uber is a great option to avoid all that. Welcome Party - There is a private parking lot but they warned us it's small and won't have enough room for everyone to park there. There are residential neighborhoods right next to the venue so you'll likely have to park on the street a few blocks away unless you get to the party early. Or uber and avoid all that hassle.

Question

Weather?

Answer

Should be nice this time of year so I wouldn't worry too much but it can get a little cold at night. Classic autumn weather, usually. Historically 70s during the day and 50s at night, and it's the driest month. Might be a little chilly at night.

Question

Attire?

Answer

Please dress appropriately for a backyard wedding. We're doing our best to accommodate, but be prepared to walk on grass/dirt and stairs. Might be cold at night so it's a good idea to bring a layer For the welcome party please wear a diva or wizard or both themed outfit.

Question

I see there's a dog on the invite.. will there be a dog at the wedding?

Answer

Yes. Just mentioning in case you're super allergic to dogs. He'll be de-shedded the day before, but he still shed a bit always. It's outdoors though so plenty of fresh air. Probably will only be there for the ceremony anyway

Question

Plus Ones?

Answer

If you have a plus one option on your rsvp then go for it obviously, but if not then feel free to reach out to us. We already invited more people than we were planning on so we're not sure if we'll have extra room at the moment.

Question

Open bar?

Answer

Yes but basically a self serve bar meaning if you're bring a child keep an eye on them and make sure they're drinking the right stuff. We'll keep the non-alcoholic drinks separate to avoid confusion. We're paying for a good amount of alcohol at the welcome party so it'll be open until our tab is met. Probably enough to cover a couple drinks per person but we'll let you know the exact amount when we have a finalized guest list.

Question

Will there be soup?

Answer

I don't know why everyone keeps asking this but no there will not be soup

Question

Where to stay?

Answer

You can pretty much stay anywhere you want. There's endless areas/neighborhoods I could list and they all have something different so it really depends on what you're looking for. If you wanna be close to us then stay near east nashville. If you want the classic nashville party experience then stay near downtown. If you want a more countryside nature experience then stay further from the city like in the greater area surrounding nashville. Just a few broad examples but a cool thing about nashville is that it's filled with individual little neighborhoods and each one feels like it's own little world with it's own local markets and shops and bars so you can get really specific and discuss all the different communities for days
