Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets, button downs, slacks.

There will be a few light bites as well as cocktails, beer and wine. While this event is not mandatory we would love to celebrate with our guests the night before the big day! We can't wait to see everyone!

Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

There is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive, however transportation will be provided to and from the venue from the Hyatt Place Hotel in Kent Narrows. Buses will arrive to The Hyatt Place Hotel at 4pm, and leave promptly at 4:15PM, stopping at the Best Western Hotel to pick up any guests staying there. The buses will only make ONE trip to the venue. Upon arrival, the event will take place on the Beach House Ballroom Lawn. While the buses will be available to take guests back throughout the night, if needed, the last run will be at 10:45 pm back to the Hyatt Place and Best Western hotels.
