We will be having a buffet style dinner. There will be salad with a choice of Ranch or Italian vinaigrette. At the buffet, there will be a carving station with prime rib of beef au jus with horseradish cream. There will also be roasted salmon in a lemon dill butter sauce, and Chicken Marsala as two entrée options. On the side there will be mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley.
During the social hour, a signature cocktail created by Jenny and Dan will be available to any guests 21 or older. During the reception, there will be champagne as well as a choice of red or white wine to have with your dinner. A coffee and tea station will be available after dinner. From 4-10, there will be a cash bar available with premium wine and beer options.
There will be kid's meals consisting of chicken tenders and fries available for children if desired (children do have the option to eat from the buffet) There will also be an option for a vegan stuffed pepper for anyone who wants a vegan/vegetarian, and gluten free option. *NOTE: Please reach out to Jenny or Dan if you would like a kid's meal or the stuffed peppers as these will be individual plates.
We will have three options for dessert. A tiered cake with filling, cupcakes, and whoopie pies. -Flavor options for the cake include vanilla with strawberry filling, chocolate with chocolate cream filling, and lemon with a vanilla cream filling. -The cupcakes will be the same three flavor options as the cake, but without the filling. -The whoopie pies will be chocolate with the choice of white or peanut butter filling.
