Our wedding will be held at Highland Farms in Brightwood, Oregon. The reception will immediately follow the ceremony and both will take place on-site.
The wedding will take place on August 16, 2026. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time of 4pm. Feel free to come as early as 3pm to explore the farm, and mingle before the festivities begin!
Think dressy but comfortable! August can be warm during the day and cooler in the evening so layers are encouraged. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended because the venue is all outdoors and everyone will mainly be walking on grass and unpaved paths.
Yes! Parking is available at Highland Farms. There will be signs that show where to park once you arrive. Depending on space, there may be a short walk from the parking area to the ceremony site.
We have a block of rooms reserved at Mount Hood Oregon Resort which is less than 10 minutes away from the venue. There are also a lot of Airbnb and VRBO houses available for rent in the surrounding area. Check the "lodging" tab for specific suggestions.
Yes! Dinner and drinks will be served at the reception. There will be vegetarian and vegan options included. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions on your RSVP. The after party following the reception will offer a cash bar and some additional food.
Yes! The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Please check weather ahead of time and plan accordingly.
While we love your little ones, due to space and planning considerations we've decided to make our wedding mostly adult-only. A small number of kids are invited due to close family relationships. Please refer to your invitation for those invited.
