Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your children, this will be an adult only ceremony and reception. Enjoy your night off and enjoy celebrating with us!

When should I RSVP by

We would love it if you could RSVP by May 15th; if anything changes after you rsvp, please let us know as soon as possible.

How should I RSVP to the wedding?

Answer

You can RSVP online — no stamps or mailboxes needed! Just type in your name, click if you’re coming or not, and you’re all set. If you run into any trouble, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

Will the wedding be indoor?

Answer

No need to worry about the July heat — the entire wedding will be indoors with air conditioning, so you can stay cool and comfortable while we celebrate!

Where do we park?

Answer

If you are arriving at the hotel the night before the wedding or early on the day of, there are parking garages available for both the Hilton and Hyatt Hotels. If you are arriving on the day of the wedding, complimentary valet parking will be provided.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. If you received a plus one if will be stated on your invitation and present at the time you RSVP online. Unfortunately, no additional guests can be accommodated.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue between 4:15pm and 4:45pm to be seated by 5:00pm as the ceremony will begin promptly. If you arrive late you will not be able to enter until after the ceremony is completed.

How many nights should I stay?

Answer

Depending on what kind of weekend you are looking for, you may want to come early or stay for the weekend. There are many great amenities, restaurants, bars, and events that take place in downtown Rochester.

What do I do if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Please notify the couple and they will ensure to notify catering for accommodations.
