Near Waikoloa Village you will find two shopping centers, King's Shop and a Queen's Market Place with plenty of options including a Roy's, Macaroni Grill, small market and other dining (and more local) options. Also check out the Lava Lava Club for beach side dining and a nice walk along the beach.
The parking garage below the building has plenty of spots. They request that you pay to park but the fee is minimal.
