Please note 100$ holding fee will be made upon reservation with card on file. Since the venue is in Uptown Charlotte the hotel is as well which unfortunately means no free parking. With this hotel self parking per night is 22$ and valet is 28$ per night. If you depart earlier then your reserved check out date there is a 50$ fee. Thursday October 27th only 5 rooms are blocked, however Friday October 28th there are 10 rooms available as well as for Saturday October 29th. The room block rate for Hawley/Staib Wedding is $129 per night verses their higher room rate without our wedding discount. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. You have until 12pm on 9/27/2022 to reserve your room for Hawley/Staib Wedding discount. The hotel will not be responsible for any damages or loss of any articles left prior to, during or following any function. Individual reservations must be canceled prior to 72 hrs prior to arrival date to avoid one night room and tax charge if you opt to do so.
