September is a busy season in San Francisco! The city is often hosting music festivals and other large events. We recommend making your arrangements as soon as possible for the best rates. You’ll need a REAL ID or passport to fly within the U.S. Check your ID if you’re flying to the wedding! We recommend flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Oakland International Airport (OAK) is also within a 1 hour drive of San Francisco. There are lots of ways to get around in San Francisco using public transit. If you choose to stay downtown, you can take BART. If you choose to stay in Fisherman's Wharf, you can take BART to Embarcadero and transfer to MUNI. Lyft/Uber are also available. Note that if you rent a car, parking can be hard in the city. Do not leave valuables in your car. See below for our various hotel blocks if you'd like to use them.
