This lodge is the furthest from town square but is still within walking distance. Also considered the most family-friendly option. Rooms range from $249 to $279 a night. Suite-like one or two-bedroom rooms with access to indoor pool and sauna. Hotel-like experience and one of the more upscale stays in the area. Sleeps 2 to 6 guests. Average rooms rates are between $279 and $379. No room blocks were made for this option. Guests can book these rooms individually through Waterville or the Golden Eagle's website. 2 night minimum (free access to Waterville Valley Activities. Golf not included)!

Condos are right on the town square. These offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms typically on 2-3 floors. Condos are NOT handicap accessible. Sleeps up to 8 people. Condos have full living area and kitchen. Typically around $380 a night. Usually a 2 night minimum.
