When is the latest I can RSVP?

Please send your RSVPs via Mail or on this website, no later than July 24, 2018.

When should I book my accommodations?

Answer

As soon as you can! Michigan is incredibly busy in late summer, early fall- the sooner the better. ArtPrize is a huge art festival the city of Grand Rapids puts on. Our wedding weekend is also the first weekend of this festival; A LOT of people will be in town for this! Please reference our travel page for accommodation.

Can I bring my kids or a "date"?

If your invitation includes "Family" or your child's name, than YES! If your invitation includes, "and Guest," than YES! If not, we prefer just your company!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in cocktail/garden party attire. We want our guests to be comfortable and still look flawless in photos! This is an indoor/outdoor event, please know that if you wear heels you may be air-rating the lawn.

Is there transportation to and from the event?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service available 3 hours prior to event. At the end of the reception there will be a shuttle service to take guests to the Downtown Grand Rapids area. Please let us know if you and your parties need rides. If you are staying further away, we ask that you please find a ride home. Cars or other forms of transportation will be allowed to stay at the venue overnight- you will have to pick up your car the next morning.
