Beach Formal. Our biggest request: please dress up and have fun with it! If you’ve been waiting for an excuse to rewear a bridesmaid dress, a gown, a colorful suit, or something fabulous hiding in your closet, this is your moment. Weather in San Diego in September can be pretty hot during the day so we recommend linens and light colors to stay cool. Since we’ll be in San Diego with the beach behind us, we fully support lighter fabrics like linens, flowy dresses, and breathable suits. We’re envisioning lots of color, shine, and texture, so the more, the better. If you’ve ever thought, “Is this too much?” the answer here is probably no. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to dance all night. The only hard no’s are jeans or flip flops, but you already knew that ;).
Please RSVP by July 1st 2026, so we can finalize details with our vendors. If you need more time please reach out to the Bride or Groom. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. This allows all guests, including parents, to relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you understand and can arrange for a special night out!
Please arrive by 3:30pm as the ceremony will promptly behind at 4:00pm and we don't want you to miss a thing!
We’ve recommended hotels in the Travel section of the website. The Bride & Groom will be staying at Humphreys Half Moon Inn. Anywhere in Point Loma, Harbor Island, or Downtown San Diego will be convenient.
We are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be indicated when you RSVP.
The venue is street parking only, but there should be plenty! Please take an Uber/Lyft etc if you'll be partaking in the open bar :)
Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at The Thursday Club in Point Loma, San Diego.
