Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The East End 1200 E Market St, Akron, OH 44305 Valet will park your car as you arrive to the venue. The ceremony will be held in the outdoor garden space within the building.

Where is the cocktail hour?

Answer

Cocktail hour will also be held inside the East End Building. Hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held directly across the street at the Bank at East End.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, cocktail attire.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests will be permitted to enter the ceremony venue at 4:00pm. We ask that everyone is seated 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please plan accordingly for valet and to find your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside. We are hoping for good weather in late September; but we do live in Ohio.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, it is an adult only reception. The only kids present will be those in the wedding party.

Will there be a shuttle provided to the hotel after the reception?

Answer

The hotel is across the parking lot/street from the reception venue; however there is a shuttle service provided by the hotel if needed after the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us! Cocktail hour begins at 5pm and the reception will be from 6 to 10 pm. If you are not staying at the Hilton with us, please arrange for transportation from the venue!
