- Do not forget to wear your face mask and face shield if you are not vaccinated - If you have any symptom related to COVID-19 or physical discomfort, please get tested and avoid travel if positive - Check airline covid protocols before travel - Bring proof of covid vaccination - If you are not vaccinated, you must present a COVID-19 PCR test done no more than 72 hours before your flight (this is not required if you are fully vaccinated) - The Jorge Chávez International Airport opens its doors after the national curfew: 04:00 a.m. - Only the passengers with a flight scheduled within the next 2 hours if it is a national flight and 4 hours if it is an international flight will be allowed to enter the terminal. The entry to the airport before the appointed time will not be allowed

If you wish to use our driver, Luchin, for transportation to and from airport, please email him your name and flight itinerary at: luchocastro.movil@gmail.com. Luchin charges $20 from the Jorge Chavez airport to Miraflores and $20 from Miraflores to airport for return. If you wish to use his services, please e-mail him as soon as possible as he gets booked quickly and would need to plan accordingly.

Taxis operating officially within the airport include Taxi 365, Taxi Directo and Taxi Green. They have service desks inside the airport, at both international and domestic arrivals. A taxi from inside Lima Airport to Miraflores normally costs between S/ 50 to S/ 60. Don’t let the drivers con you into paying more than this — and tips aren’t necessary unless they help you carry your bags into your hotel etc. The taxi ride from the airport to Miraflores takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Others are Taxi Satelital or Taxidatum, who’ll then be waiting for you at the airport. The fare from Lima Airport to Miraflores with Taxi Satelital is S/ 50. Another is Gringo Taxi (a.k.a. Transporte Fácil Perú). The service is owned by Walter Clark, a driver with more than 20 years of professional driving experience in NYC.
